6 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh berries
1 tbsp chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds or any other nut you desire
1 tbsp raw honey, optional

Place yogurt in a dish, top with berries, nuts (and honey, if desired).
