1 large onion, finely diced

1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme

Combine all ingredients for the turkey seasoning mix and stir well.
To make the seasoned ground chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground chicken and onion to the skillet and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, stirring regularly. Break apart the ground chicken with the spatula or spoon as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat or liquid, then return the ground chicken to the skillet and reduce heat to low. Add the seasoning mix and stir in until all of the meat is evenly coated, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from. heat.

How to Reheat:
To reheat leftovers, let them thaw overnight in the fridge if frozen, then warm in a skillet on the stove with a splash of broth to moisten if needed.
