Mango Lassi

 


  • 1 cup mango chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt can sub dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup milk or Almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey 
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom to taste.
