Ally's Power Morning Smoothie


    1 banana
    1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
    2 cups fresh spinach leaves
    ⅓ cup rolled oats
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp honey
    5-6 cubes of ice

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend on high 30 seconds. Enjoy chilled.
