1 Tab Butter
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tea nutmeg (or tt)
Salt, tt
In a saute pan, heat butter until foams. Add garlic and cook about 3 minutes or until golden. Don't let the garlic or butter burn.
Add nutmeg and sizzle 30 seconds. Add spinach, adding more spinach as each handful wilts. Add salt. Serve immediately.
