Easy Hummus



1 can garbanzo beans/chickpeas with @1 Tab. water from can
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tea. chopped garlic
2 Tab. tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 tea. salt

Put all of the ingredients into your blender/food processor/ magic bullet. Blend.

Serve with pita chips,  veggies, crackers, or spread it on a sandwich.
