Sesame-Lemon Dressing

 

1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 clove garlic, minced


Combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Close the lid, and then shake to combine.
