Whole Wheat Pita Crackers

4 Whole Wheat Pita Breads

Cut bread into 4 triangles each. Seperate each triangle into two halves. Arrange rough side up on baking sheet. Spray with Olive oil Pam. Bake at 425 degree F for 8-10 minutes. Makes 8 servings of 4 crackers per serving.

Baked Tortilla Chips
can be made in the same way. Stack about 12 corn tortillas together and cut them into 4 wedges. Spread wedges out on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil spray, sprinkle with salt and bake in 400 degree F oven for 10-15 minutes. Makes 8 servings of 6 chips each.
