To Make Patties:

50 grams cherry tomatoes halved
3-4 tbsp fresh basil

Spray a pan over medium high heat with olive oil spray. Add garlic, shallots, tomatoes and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until fragrant and golden. Remove and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, add the cooked tomatoes, garlic, shallots and fresh basil to your ground chicken. Mix and form into 4 patties.
