2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons peeled and minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
Whisk or blend with an immersion blender until smooth, shake vigorously until emulsified.
Spoon on all the things.
