Gingery Tuna and Cucumber Rice Bowl

 4 servings

2 cups cooked Brown Rice Quinoa Blend

1/4 - 1/2 cup Sesame Ginger Sauce

1 English Cucumber

10 oz. Smoked Ahi Tuna



Cook time: 9 minutes 

Cook or reheat Brown Rice and Quinoa blend. Add to bowls. Separate slices of Tuna and add to bowls. Thinly slice cucumber and add to bowls. Drizzle on 1-2 tbsp sauce per bowl.
