spread with hummus

Lemon Vinaigrette
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Chop garlic and place in a bowl, add salt.
Crush salt and garlic into a paste.
Add remaining ingredients stir and enjoy.
