Cold Smoked Salmon & Capers Bagel

 

1 bagel plain, sesame, or everything
4-5 slices Butcher Box Cold Smoked Salmon
2 Tab. cream cheese softened
1 Tab. capers drained
2-3 slices pickled red onions
fresh dill sprigs, optional*
Everything Bagel seasoning, to taste

Slice the bagel in half and lightly toast it to your desired level of crispiness.
Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on each half of the toasted bagel. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
Lay the cold smoked salmon pieces on top of the cream cheese, ensuring even coverage.
Evenly distribute the drained capers and red onion slices over the salmon.

*A spoonful of Marzetti Dill Veggie Dip can be added to the cream cheese and mixed through or a thin layer can be spread over the cream cheese instead of the fresh dill sprigs.
