Sesame Ginger Dressing, for marinating
1 Tbsp. Olive or Avocado Oil
3 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 red onion, sliced
2 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice
Yum Yum Dipping Sauce, for serving
In a bowl, thoroughly cover the beef with Sesame Ginger Dressing and marinate for at least one hour (up to overnight).
Cook the steak: Preheat your griddle pan to medium-high. Once hot, cook steak tips for about 5 minutes per side, stirring once, for medium doneness. Set the steak tips aside to rest.
In the same skillet, add avocado oil, broccoli, pepper, and red onion. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until broccoli reaches desired tenderness.
Serve the steak tips with the veggie mix and rice. Drizzle with Yum Yum Sauce.
