- Just place a (5.3 oz) Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt in the lunch box, add 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, if desire.
- Put 1/4 cup granola in a cup and add that to the box as a topping for the yogurt.
- Add 1/4 cup mixed nuts, a whole apple and a plastic knife.
- Put about a Tablespoon of peanut or almond butter into little cups and include that in the box.
- Add 1 cup mixed berries to the box.
