Paprika Shrimp Saute with Smoked Green Beans

Paprika Shrimp & Green Bean Saute

12 oz. (4 cups) green beans, trimmed
1 cup cooking white wine
1 Red onion, chopped
1 tea. Liquid Smoke
1/4-1/2 tea. Red Pepper flakes
1 tea. + 3 Tab. Olive oil
1 tea. + 1/4 cup minced Garlic
3 tea. Paprika, divided
2 lbs. raw Shrimp, peeled
1-2 (16 oz.) can(s) Butter Beans, drained
1/4 cup Red Wine or Sherry Vinegar
1/4 cup minced parsley

Steam green beans and chopped red onion in 1 cup water and white cooking wine 5 minutes. Add liquid smoke, 1 tea. Olive oil, 1 tea Paprika, 1 tea. minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
Add the remaining Olive oil, garlic and paprika to a large skillet and cook, stirring constantly, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook about 5 minutes or until pink. Stir in Butter beans and vinegar and cook until heated through.
Serve with green beans and sprinkle with minced parsley.
