1 med. head of Radicchio, coarsely chopped
3 cups baby spinach
1 med. Pear, thinly sliced
1/2 med. Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tab. Olive oil
1 Tab. Honey
1 tea. Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup pine nuts
Combine Radicchio, spinach, pear and red onion.
Combine rest of the ingredients except pine nuts and whisk.
Toss salad with dressing. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
