Turmeric Egg Salad

5 hard boiled eggs
1/8 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup plain Greek Yogurt (you can substitute Yogurt with more mayonnaise)
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 Tab. Chives, Chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients and serve with:
Cucumber slices
french bread slices (or another similar bread)
