Shrimp Creole

1 1/2 cups celery sliced
1 cup onion(s) chopped
1 cup green bell peppers chopped
1 (8) oz can tomato sauce
1 can (28 oz) stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp garlic minced
1/4 tsp pepper
6 drops hot sauce
1 lb shrimp peeled
6 cups white rice cooked

Combine all ingredients except shrimp and rice. Cook 3-4 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low. Add shrimp during the last hour of cooking. Cook rice according to pkg directions. Serve creole over hot rice.
