Roasted Chickpea Gyros

source
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 Tab olive oil
1 Tab paprika
1 tea. Black Pepper
1 tea cayenne pepper
1/4 tea salt
1 tea turmeric

4 pita breads
1 cup tzatziki sauce
1/4 red onion, sliced thinly
2 lettuce leaves, chopped into thin strips
1/2 tomato, diced

Drain chickpeas, toss with spices and roast 400 F oven for 20 minutes.
Make sandwiches with portions of chickpeas, tzatziki sauce and vegetables, to taste on pita bread.
