1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 tea cumin
2 Tab olive oil
1 Tab lime juice
2 cups Cole Slaw mix
1/3 chopped cilantro
2 green onions
1/3 cup Feta, crumbled
Place beans and cumin in a bowl.
In another nowl, mix together olive oil and the lime juice. Add cabbage, cilantro onions and toss to combine.
Fill taco shells with beans and the cabbage salad.
Optionally, you can put some black beans in the tortillas and then grill on each side 3 minutes to make them crunchy. Fill tacos with salad and Feta and serve.
